Working principle
Two dimensional mixer is mainly composed of rotary drum, swing frame, frame three major parts. The rotating drum is arranged on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two retaining wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two driving wheels are dragged by the rotating power system to make the rotating drum rotate, the swing frame is driven by a set of crank-swing-bar mechanisms on the frame, and the swing frame is supported on the frame by a bearing component.
Performance characteristics
Two dimensional mixer rotating drum can be carried out at the same time two movements, one for the rotation of the drum, the other for the drum swing with the swing frame. When the mixed material rotates, flips and mixes with the rotating drum, it also mixes with the swinging of the rotating drum, the material is fully mixed in a short time.
