The high-pressure contact alloy is mainly a mixture of copper powder and chromium powder, and the medium and low-pressure contacts are mainly silver based chromium oxide, silver-tin oxide, silver-nickel and other silver based alloys. The production process of electrical contact belongs to the powder metallurgy production process, and the powder is evenly mixed and then pressed by the press and then sintered, and the mixing uniformity of the powder is the key link that determines the quality of the electrical contact.
Metalor Electrical Alloy began to use the dual-motion ® 3D mixer for 15 years, the original mixing time was more than 4 hours, after using our dual-motion ® mixer, not only the uniformity of mixing is higher, but the mixing time is shortened to less than 2 hours. In July this year, Cui Bo, chief engineer of Metalor Technology, contacted and prepared to purchase a batch of dual-motion ® mixers, because there were several formulas in production, in order to eliminate mutual contamination between powders, after communication, it was determined to use JHN series replaceable barrels ® mixers.
In order to reduce the labor intensity and work efficiency of workers, Metalor customized an automatic robotic arm for the JHN dual-motion ® 3D mixer, which is specially used for barrel installation and disassembly.
